Save water with the right tapware

If you are replacing taps anyway, it is worth thinking about water use. Tapware in Australia carries a WELS rating (the star label), and a higher star rating means less water down the drain for the same job. We can fit WELS-rated mixers and taps, and add aerators to existing taps, so the kitchen and bathroom use less water without feeling weak. Over a year that adds up on your water bill, and it is a small change to make while a plumber is already on site.

Most drips come down to a worn washer, seal or cartridge, and those are a straightforward repair. If the tap itself is old, corroded or beyond a simple fix, we will tell you honestly and talk you through replacing it instead.

Either works. We can supply and fit new tapware, or install tapware you have already bought. If you are picking your own, it helps to check it suits your setup, and we are happy to point you in the right direction.
